Born out of circumstance in 2020, Nozomi, Japanese for ‘hope’, aims to give strength and inspiration to its guests during good times and bad, showing that anything is possible with hope…and excellent Japanese food!

Nozomi is a contemporary casual Japanese restaurant serving classic and modern interpretations of “washoku” or traditional Japanese dishes. The hope with its 3 outlets is that an even wider audience can taste for themselves the unerring quality, fine craftsmanship and attention to detail that authentic Japanese cuisine comes with, all while offering these at affordable price points. The concept specializes in Donburi, Sashimi, Bento Boxes, and Claypot Rice.
